  • Never give banking account information to callers out over the phone.
  • Safeguard account numbers and social security numbers.
  • Don’t use Debit Cards or enter account numbers on unsecure websites.
  • Use complex passwords for online account access.
  • Don’t store account information or passwords on your computer or internet browser.
  • Do not give out your Debit Card PIN.

Commonwealth Community Bank’s Internet Banking requires customers to have complex passwords that include alphabetical, numerical, capital and lowercase, and at least one special character.  Customers also must select 3 security questions and verify their identity through out of band channels by a phone call, email, or text.  These measures, along with internal behind the scenes policies, procedures, and infrastructure are used to protect you our valued customers.
