Commonwealth Community Bank’s Internet Banking requires customers to have complex passwords that include alphabetical, numerical, capital and lowercase, and at least one special character. Customers also must select 3 security questions and verify their identity through out of band channels by a phone call, email, or text. These measures, along with internal behind the scenes policies, procedures, and infrastructure are used to protect you our valued customers.
